Macrae-Gibson Architects is a 15-person firm located on the 24th floor of Nelson Tower, at 450 7th Avenue in mid-town Manhattan. The offices occupy 2,600 square feet of space arranged in two connected open work areas with related entry gallery, conference, storage and digital support spaces. The office receives abundant natural light which illuminates its tall, exposed-ceiling interior.
Nelson Tower was completed in 1931 to designs of H. Craig Severance and is located on the Northwest corner of 34th street and 7th Avenue. Pennsylvania station is directly to the South and Macy’s directly to the East. The office is readily accessible from the A,C,E, 1,2,3,N,R and Q subway trains, and well as the PATH train and the Long Island Railroad.
